End-User License Agreement
Purpose
Late Invoice Helper is a private software utility used by Business Intuition LLC to access QuickBooks Online invoice data, identify unpaid or overdue invoices, download invoice PDFs, and prepare reviewable follow-up email drafts.
License
Business Intuition LLC grants authorized internal users a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Late Invoice Helper for Business Intuition LLC business operations.
Restrictions
Users may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use Late Invoice Helper to access QuickBooks data without authorization from Business Intuition LLC and the relevant QuickBooks Online company administrator.
QuickBooks Connection
The utility uses Intuit OAuth to request access to QuickBooks Online Accounting data. Users can revoke access from Intuit or QuickBooks Online account settings.
No Automatic Email Sending
Late Invoice Helper prepares draft messages and attachments for review. It does not automatically send collection emails unless a separately authorized sending workflow is added and approved.
