Overview
Late Invoice Helper is a private local utility used by Business Intuition LLC. It connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit OAuth to retrieve invoice information needed for accounts receivable follow-up.
Information Accessed
The utility may access QuickBooks Online invoice records, customer names, customer email addresses, invoice dates, due dates, balances, invoice totals, and invoice PDFs.
How Information Is Used
QuickBooks data is used to identify unpaid or overdue invoices, generate local reports, download invoice PDFs, and create draft follow-up emails for review.
Data Storage
OAuth tokens and generated reports are stored locally on the authorized user's computer. The hosted callback page does not save OAuth codes, tokens, invoice data, customer data, or PDFs.
Sharing
Late Invoice Helper does not sell QuickBooks data. Data is used for Business Intuition LLC business operations and may be included in emails or attachments sent to the relevant customer after user review.
Revoking Access
Access can be revoked from Intuit or QuickBooks Online account settings. Locally stored tokens can also be deleted from the computer running the utility.
